  • Because pests vary by the seasons, pest control services should be done year-round, at least four times per year. Your neighbors in pest control come out to your home quarterly to inspect and adjust your pest control treatments as needed. This ensures that certain seasonal pests don't thrive in or around your home as seasons and temperatures change.

A quarterly pest control plan includes: initial comprehensive interior and exterior inspection and treatment, ongoing exterior treatments scheduled quarterly, and guaranteed protection for as long as you keep your plan.

    If pests come back between treatments, so will we -- at no additional cost to you

  • With a quarterly pest control plan, our professionals will come out and re-evaluate your home's pest control needs about every three months. E.P.S. also offers one-time pest control, but this service does not work to continually keep pests away.

  • Under our pest control plans, you'll get coverage for house ants, spiders, earwigs, pill bugs, elm seed bugs, boxelder bugs, wasps, centipedes & millipedes.

  • E.P.S has no contracts! It’s that simple, we believe by providing the best service around our customers will have no reason to seek service elsewhere.

  • At E.P.S. we use Eco friendly products that are all registered with the EPA and are safe for pets.
